打造住辦合一的機能格局，如何讓公、私領(lǐng)域有明確的界定，又須同時滿足兩種作息模式的機能需求，著實考驗著設(shè)計師的設(shè)計功力。因此，辦公設(shè)計師以L型的動線規(guī)劃連結(jié)辦公區(qū)、會議區(qū)等工作場域，私領(lǐng)域則透過紅磚墻面巧妙隱藏在L型動線的缺口處，創(chuàng)造出合理流暢的場域動線。

紅磚墻后方的主臥室，以一道木門框包覆的門片做隱藏，步入主臥空間，內(nèi)部設(shè)計更是別有洞天。辦公室裝修時間公司跳脫一般的臥室機能規(guī)劃，特別以半開放式設(shè)計定義衛(wèi)浴機能與更衣空間，徹底打破傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計思維；在風(fēng)格上，以帶有獨特個性的學(xué)院風(fēng)與公領(lǐng)域做明確劃分，設(shè)計師特別以深藍色的漆面搭配黑色壁燈，營造迷人慵懶的深邃氣息，讓人在工作一天的疲憊下，充分獲得身心上的放松。
